Please familiarize yourself with our COVID protocols below prior to your appointment.

  • A mask must be worn at all times when inside the hospital building. Masks can be provided to anyone without one. If a mask cannot be worn, curbside service will be offered. Masks will be mandatory until mid-April 2022; this may change as new developments emerge. Staff and client safety is our top priority.
  • COVID vaccination is not required for entry to the general hospital premises. Closed-door appointments in exam rooms will be permitted to clients with proof of vaccination due to their close contact. Clients unable to provide proof will be asked to remain outside the doorway of the exam room. All clients will be able to speak directly with the doctor face to face in real-time while they are examining your pet.
  • Appointments are 45 minutes. If diagnostics are needed that exceed the appointment time, your pet will be admitted to the treatment area of the facility for continued care and can be picked up later once completed. A signed treatment plan will be required.

Please be sure to plan ahead and leave plenty of time for unexpected delays. Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply.
