Please familiarize yourself with our COVID protocols below prior to your appointment.

  • A mask must be worn at all times when inside the hospital building. Masks can be provided to anyone without one. If a mask cannot be worn, curbside service will be offered. This may change as new developments emerge. Staff and client safety is our top priority.
  • Appointments are 30-45 minutes pending on the appointment type. If diagnostics are needed that exceed the appointment time, your pet will be admitted to the treatment area of the facility for continued care and can be picked up later once completed. A signed treatment plan will be required.

Please be sure to plan ahead and leave plenty of time for unexpected delays. Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply.

If you or any of your household members are feeling unwell, please do not come to the hospital, call or email to make alternative arrangements.
